ISO External Audit Success
During the week of September 19 - 23, an external auditor with TÜVRheinland® was on-site to conduct our annual ISO 9001:2015 external audit. We are pleased to announce the results of that audit were very positive and we have maintained our certification!
Those familiar with ISO 9001:2015 know that this is an internationally recognized standard that ensures that our products and services meet the needs of our customers through an effective quality management system.
According to the ISO, the goal of the ISO 9001:2015 standard is to specify requirements for a quality management system when an organization:
- needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and
- aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
