Guidelines for Requesting an RMA

Having some trouble with one of our products? We're here to help! You can always give us a call and talk to one of our friendly customer service representatives for assistance in troubleshooting. Once it's time to send a product in for repair you'll need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Here are the guidelines to complete the form to receive an RMA number.

Products must be within the specified warranty period
All fields of the form are required
Only products purchased directly from Area Diesel Service are eligible for an RMA through this portal. If you have purchased products from one of our dealers please contact them to facilitate any returns.
If you are needing warranty or service on a module please go to the Downloads section of this website to print and fill out the "Module Return Form" found there. It contains separate instructions for how to handle any issue with a module.
You are responsible for return freight costs for all products returned to Area Diesel Service
Please include a copy of your invoice in the box with your product return.
The issuing of an RMA number is not an acknowledgment of warranty acceptance. Any product that is to be considered for warranty must be returned to us for inspection and approval prior to any replacements being issued.
An Area Diesel Service representative will contact you within 1-2 business days to complete the RMA process.
